(a) These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and Supernova Wmn (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”).
(b) By booking or attending any of our sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
(c) If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

(a) Supernova Wmn offers holistic wellbeing services, including sound healing and somatic mentorship sessions.
(b) These services are designed for personal growth, relaxation, and emotional well-being. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

3. Eligibility

(a) Clients must be 18 years or older to participate in sessions.
(b) By booking a service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Payment

(a) Payments are made on the spot, at the time of your session.
(b) All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or at the discretion of the practitioner in case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Confidentiality

(a) Any personal information shared during sessions will be treated with respect and confidentiality.
(b) Information may be used anonymously for reflection or service improvement, but never shared without your consent.

6. Disclaimer

(a) Our services are offered “as is”, without guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
(b) Each individual’s experience with holistic practices is unique, and results may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

(a) Supernova Wmn and its practitioners are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from participation in sessions.
(b) You participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being during and after the session.

8. Health and Safety

(a) Clients should ensure they are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate in sound healing or somatic sessions.
(b) If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before attending.
(c) Always inform the facilitator of any relevant conditions before your session.

9. Session Conduct

(a) Sessions are conducted in a respectful, safe, and inclusive space.
(b) Supernova Wmn reserves the right to discontinue a session if a client’s behavior is inappropriate or disruptive.

10. Cancellations and Rescheduling

(a) If you need to reschedule, please give reasonable notice.
(b) If Supernova Wmn must cancel a session, you will be informed promptly, and the session will be rescheduled where possible.

11. Energy Exchange

(a) Payment is viewed as an energy exchange, honoring the time, presence, and resources offered by the practitioner.

12. Intellectual Property

(a) All written materials, session content, and creative works shared by Supernova Wmn remain the intellectual property of supernova wmn.
(b) Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.

13. Feedback and Testimonials

(a) Clients are welcome to share feedback or testimonials.
(b) By providing written or recorded feedback, you grant Supernova Wmn permission to use it for promotional or informational purposes, unless you request otherwise.

14. Force Majeure

(a) Supernova Wmn is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond its control (e.g., illness, weather, technical issues, or other unforeseen events).

15. Governing Law

(a) These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
(b) Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Dutch law and jurisdiction.

16. Updates to Terms

(a) Supernova Wmn may update these Terms periodically.
(b) The most recent version will always be available upon request or via official communication channels. Continued participation in sessions implies acceptance of any updates.
