My name is Mariella Luce. I founded Supernova Woman to raise awareness on narcissistic relationship dynamics and offer body-oriented resources that support safe exits and long-term recovery. This project continues to grow, now offering programs that help women from all life paths expand their awareness of themselves, their body and their relationships. 

The body is the heart of my work. The body senses danger before the mind can explain it. It reacts authentically and stores the truth, even when we ignore it. By reconnecting with our Body, we relearn how to listen to ourselves, restore trust, and rebuild a grounded, present relationship with our own instincts. In the context of narcissistic relationships, this work can be life-saving. Beyond that, it becomes life-changing. Grateful to have you here x
