An infradian cycle is any biological rhythm that lasts longer than 24 hours (unlike the circadian rhythm, which follows a daily cycle). For women and people who menstruate, the most well-known infradian rhythm is the cycle ending in menstruation, which typically spans about 28 days (though it can range from 21–35 days).

Infradian cycle awareness means becoming mindful of your monthly rhythm and how it affects different aspects of your life, including physiological, emotional and mental patterns.
